    Flavour Profile

    HENDRICK’S GIN is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with curious yet marvelous infusions of Rose and Cucumber.

    The Tasting Notes

    • Nose

      An intense nose that makes a dramatic entrance with a burst of crisp, zesty botanicals - spearheaded by the harmonious duo of juniper and coriander. An accompanying hint of deep floral tones of rose and violet.

    • Taste

      Smooth and exquisitely balanced botanicals. Clean and dry without being in any way astringent. The complexity of the nose comes through in the taste; citrus and juniper with a subtle lingering finish of cool refreshing cucumber and rose.

    Ingredients

    • 40ml HENDRICK’S GIN
    • 80ml Cranberry juice
    • 40ml Sparkling Wine or Soda Water
    • Cucumber Slices, Mint Sprig and Cranberries to garnish

    How to make

    • 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
    • 2. Lightly stir and serve.
    • 3. Garnish with cucumber slices and Mint Sprig.
    Gin & Tonic

    Gin & Tonic

    Ingredients

    • 50ml HENDRICK’S GIN
    • 150ml Tonic Water
    • 3 Thinly sliced rounds of Cucumber

    How to make

    • 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
    • 2. Lightly stir and serve.
    • 3. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber.
    Cucumber Lemonade

    Cucumber Lemonade

    Ingredients

    • 50ml HENDRICK’S GIN
    • 20ml Lemon Juice
    • 20ml Sugar Syrup
    • Top with Soda Water
    • Lemon wheel

    How to make

    • 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice.
    • 2. Lightly stir and serve.
    • 3. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and a lemon wheel

    Gin Buck

    Ingredients

    • 50ml HENDRICK'S GIN
    • 15ml Lemon Juice
    • 2 Dashes of ANGOSTURA® Bitters
    • Top with Ginger Ale

    How to make

    • 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice.
    • 2. Lightly stir and serve.
    • 3. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber

    Ingredients

    • 40ml HENDRICK'S GIN
    • 20ml Lime Juice
    • 10ml Raspberry Syrup
    • Top with Ginger Beer

    How to make

    • 1. Build all ingredients in highball over ice cubes.
    • 2. Churn and serve.
