Frequently Asked Questions
1. DELIVERY
We deliver products to addresses within mainland Singapore. We strive to get the products to you within 3 working days once we receive payment for your order. Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday between 10AM – 10PM, excluding public holidays.
Delivery charges are applicable at $5 per drop. This will be waived with a minimum purchase of $70 . We currently do not provide self-collection of orders.
All product deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 years. We require the order to be received by you or someone you entrust. Please indicate the particulars of the authorized person if you require someone receive the product on your behalf. To avoid disputes over non-receipts of goods, our service team may also request to view yours/entrusted person ID to ensure the identity matches.
For orders you are unable to receive in person and have missed, please reach out to inform our Customer Service (via chat / email) within 3 working days to arrange for a subsequent delivery. If we do not receive a notification within 3 working days, the order will be deemed as received. A $10 delivery charge is applicable with every 3rd attempt to re-deliver.
2. ORDER TRACKING
You should receive a email upon confirmation of your order. You will also receive another email when your order is being shipped. 3. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled upon payment and order confirmation.
4. DAMAGES & EXCHANGES
Any product exchange will only be provided for products which are damaged or faulty upon receipt. We do not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless stated on courier’s documentation, with photographic evidence on damages during transit.
We do not offer exchange for bottles that have been opened.
Where a replacement item is not available, you will be reimbursed for the full cost of the item and any shipping costs. No additional compensation will be paid.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING
Products listed are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure accuracy of information on our site, there may be occasions when certain products sell out and are no longer available. You will receive a confirmation on your order upon payment.
All prices quoted for the products are published on site, inclusive of GST. Published price of the products does not include delivery charge which will be applicable at the point of check-out. Prices, promotions and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.
6. PAYMENT
All payment and credit card information are processed directly via the secure payment gateway Stripe. Due to the high value of this whisky, you may be contacted by email or a phone call and asked to confirm your identity.
