Mid-Autumn Festival FAQ
We deliver our mooncakes to addresses within mainland Singapore. We strive to deliver according to the delivery date and time slot you had chosen. Please ensure that you have someone to pick up the order at the date and time slot chosen as we are unable to reschedule once you have submitted your order. Please note that no refund will be made in n the event that there is no one to pickup the order from your end.
We currently do not provide self-collection of orders. Delivery charges are included with every mooncake purchase.
All product deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 years. We require the order to be received by you or someone you entrust. Please indicate the particulars of the authorized person if you require someone receive the product on your behalf. To avoid disputes over non-receipts of goods, our service team may also request to view yours/entrusted person ID to ensure the identity matches.
Our mooncakes may not be suitable for your consumption if you have any of the following food allergies and / or intolerances i.e wheat allergy, nut allergy, lactose or gluten intolerance. For full list of ingredients in our mooncakes, please refer below :
- Hokkaido Milk, Orange Sacs & Glenfiddich 5YO praline encased in Acai Snow Skin: Glutinous rice flour, sugar, water, natural wheat flour, Natural Acai flavourings & colourings, Vegetable oil, Native Rice Starch, Skim Milk Powder, Milk Protein, Egg, Lotus seeds, natural orange flavouring, Chocolate Praline filled with Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
- Dark Chocolate with Glenfiddich 18YO praline encased in matcha snow skin: Glutinous Rice Flour, sugar, water, natural wheat flour, Natural Matcha flavourings and colourings, Lotus seeds, quality cocoa powder, vegetable oil, Chocolate Praline filled with Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
3. OPTIMUM STORAGE
To ensure that your mooncakes are kept in optimal condition for the enjoyment of you and your loved ones, please keep them under refrigerated conditions as soon as you receive them. They can be kept in the chiller for up to 3 days. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. If you choose to store them in the freezer, do allow them to thaw for a few hours in the refrigerator for a few hours, to allow them soften before consumption.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email upon payment and confirmation of your order. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email to update you that the order has been shipped. For further enquiries, please reach out to our Customer Service via email.
5. RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours upon order confirmation. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to inform our Customer Service (via email) with your order number.
Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped or after receiving the goods.
6. DAMAGES & EXCHANGES
Any product exchange will only be provided for products which are damaged or faulty upon receipt. We do not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless stated on courier’s documentation, with photographic evidence on damages during transit.
We do not offer exchange for bottles that have been opened or mooncakes that have been consumed partially.
Where a replacement item is not available, you will be reimbursed for the full cost of the item and any shipping costs. No additional compensation will be paid.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, PRICING & PAYMENT
Products listed are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure accuracy of information on our site, there may be occasions when certain products sell out and are no longer available.
All prices quoted for the products are published on site, inclusive of GST. Published price of the products includes delivery charge which will be applicable at the point of check-out. Prices, promotions and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.
Payment and credit card information are processed directly via the secure payment gateway Stripe.
